Crechem specializes in evaluation and modelling of environmental pollutant releases and
transfers. Its unique capability in chemical fate prediction has assisted in environmental
regulation development, implementation and compliance, as well as in industrial process design.
As a spin-off from the National Research Council Canada, Crechem has provided
services to corporations and governments since 1996.
Crechem has an excellent knowledge of and valuable experience with many industry sectors.
In particular, Crechem has studied various chemical substances used, processed,
and released by wastewater treatment plants, textile mills, pulp and paper mills,
coatings facilities, waste thermal processing systems, chemical manufacturing plants,
fuel cells, and plating operations.
